 SBR* - Small Batch Roasts 

PR** - Probat Roasting - Our roast master at Canterbury - Certified Q-Grader in Canada roasted our beans in a solid drum roaster to produce coffee with a heightened and intense flavour profile. Roasting at slightly higher temperature allows us to retain a portion of the smoke and aroma given off during the roasting process, creating a heavier , more complex flavour profile. The probat roasters' solid drums are known for sealing off the air, not only incoming but outgoing as well. This is called an aroma roast, and imparts complex flavours to the coffee.
