HISTORY

Established in 1981, CANTERBURY COFFEE has steadily grown to become one of the Canada's leading roasters in the sector of Specialty Coffee. When they opened their doors, they roasted only 100% Arabica coffees, a decision that still stands today despite the rising costs comparative to Robusta.
