- Only 100% Arabica !! 

Only the higher cost Arabica beans are qualified to the standard of today's discerning connoisseurs, in terms of both taste and complexity as well as the health consciousness. 

 - High Grown coffees

Only coffee cherries grown at higher elevations i.e 4,000 feet (~1200 meter ) or above are known to possess distinct flavour.

 - Variety coffees with origins mentioned - for both single origin and blend arabica

Many of the varities are known to possess good inherent qualtiy. Fruits from such varities can be harvested  and processed separately to retain the unique qualty. 

 - CERTIFIED Organic coffees

Even specialty coffees are not necessary to be organic, coffee grown without using chemicals and pesticides are in increasing demand in the developed countries because of increasing awareness on health of consumers and protection of environment.
